While most items will be misprints, their quality and integrity should still meet or exceed your expectations. If any item fails to meet your standards or arrives damaged, please email our customer support team within 14 days of arrival at email@example.com with the name you placed your order under and an order number. We will respond quickly with instructions.
Changed mind? You may return most unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase price minus shipping. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Your refund will be issued within 2 days of return received and processed.
Incorrect or Damaged? Orders that are incorrect or damaged will be returned or replaced at the companies expense.
Ordered wrong item? Any items ordered by mistake or otherwise not the fault of Tumblerology will need to be shipped back at buyer's expense in order to receive a refund or replacement. Your refund will be issued within 2 days of return received and processed.
Location and Facility
We are a small family run business that ships out of our home in Pensacola, Florida.
Most of our products are heavy and bulky in comparison to say a cute top you fall in love with online that can be shipped to you for under $5.
The shipping rates for most of our items are weight and dimensional based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound per the shipping carriers, not us.
The cost of shipping for some of our clients across the country can be a real sticker shock. We do understand that and maintain a firm policy to keep our prices and expenses as low as possible to be able to offer our clients the best value possible regardless of shipping.
If you add the cost of the product to the shipping and divide it out by the number of items ordered, most clients still find it to be more affordable than buying from larger retail suppliers both locally or online.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We strive to ship out all orders as quickly as possible and are typically able to ship within two business days. When we run a large sale, we do ask for up to 5 business days to get all of the orders processed, packed and shipped.
Rush orders are available for an additional $10 and will be shipped the next shipping day including Saturdays.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
You will receive notification that your order has shipped with the corresponding tracking information.
